How will I receive my award certificate?
For students awarded on or after 10th December 2025, certificates can be accessed and ordered online through our portal. Visit and log in or register using your details.
Your first physical certificate can be ordered for free. Replacement certificates cost £30.00 plus postage.
Access to the portal is free for the first three months from your Award Date, after which a £15.00 one-time fee applies for lifetime use. Please ensure you access the portal and order your certificate as soon as possible following confirmation of your award.
Students awarded before 09 December 2025 will receive their award documentation via post, and can request additional transcripts through our request form.
How do I update my postal address to receive my graduation certificate?
You can update your details in the “My Details” area of your .
Please ensure that your permanent address, email address and phone number are up to date.
If your address details are incorrect at the point of posting, and your certificate is returned to us, there may be a charge for redelivery to your new address.
I've lost my certificate, how do I order a replacement?
Replacement certificates can only be issued if your original certificate has been lost or damaged. The University is unable to issue duplicate copies.

I need a copy of my transcript, how do I request one?
For students awarded on or after 10 December 2025, transcripts can be accessed and ordered online through our portal. Visit and log in or register using your details.
A physical copy of your official transcript printed on watermarked paper can be ordered from the portal for a fee of £5.00 plus postage.
Students awarded before 09 December 2025 will receive their award documentation via post.
Additional transcripts can be requested through our request form.
Can I request a confirmation of study letter?
A confirmation of award letter can be requested to confirm the dates you attended your University programme and the award you achieved. You can request a confirmation of award letter. For more information see our Order a Certificate page.
How do I get a reference?
If you require an academic reference, you can approach your personal tutor, or another academic who taught you, to request this. You can search our to find the contact details for the staff member should you not already have these. If you cannot find a member of academic staff you know, you can contact our Student Administration Teams for a generic reference. However, this will only verify information in regards of the enrolment, programs of study and awards of students. Student Administration Teams are not able to provide personal information about students, their character or suitability for employment.
When will I lose access to my student email/blackboard?

What careers support is available to me? How do I access this?
As a recent graduate of the University of 色中色, you can access support with career planning, development, and applications, for up to two years after you finish your studies. Further details of this support and additional support for alumni further into their careers can be found on the alumni careers page or you can get in touch with the Careers and Employability Team at careers@lincoln.ac.uk.
How do I become part of the alumni network or update my details?
When you complete your award, you student record is transferred to the Alumni Team who then create your alumni record. After graduation, you should receive a formal welcome to the Alumni Network via email with more information.

How can I continue to be part of the community and support the University?
When you graduate, you remain a valued part of the university community. As alumni, you have a unique insight into what is it like to be part of the University of 色中色 and you can continue to support us by registering to become an Alumni Ambassador or by sharing your story.
